ALTA LABS NETWORK
INSTALLER NASHVILLE

ICTAlly installs Alta Labs networks for small businesses and restaurants across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We deploy the AP6 and AP6W access points, Alta Labs PoE switches, and the Route10 router, with cloud management and no per-device license. We use this stack when it fits the building and the budget, and we say so if UniFi is the better fit.

What We Install

Alta Labs Systems for Nashville Businesses

ICTAlly is experienced installing Alta Labs systems for commercial clients across Middle Tennessee. Every install is designed, wired, and configured to do the job the first time, not just hung on a wall.

For the ongoing plan, see our small business network service: $500 to install and $125 a month, with no long-term contract.

Under the Hood

Alta Labs access points include content filtering and can run a guest portal. Configuration changes in their cloud do not require a reboot of the network. For a restaurant or a small office, that is the day-to-day: add a site, see who is connected, and keep guest traffic off the register. The managed Wi-Fi plan that starts at $125 a month is how we watch an Alta Labs install after we leave. The small-business network plan is $500 to install and $125 a month, with monitoring and support. That fee is for the network, not a separate Alta Labs subscription. Candy Cloud, Single Malt, and Ellison Soda are restaurants on that managed plan.

Why Alta Labs

Why We Install Alta Labs

A practical alternative to UniFi

Alta Labs covers the same small-business job as UniFi: Wi-Fi, switching, and a controller you can open from a phone. We install both. The walkthrough decides which one goes in the closet.

No per-device license

Alta Labs publishes cloud management with no license fee. You buy the hardware. You are not paying a yearly fee per access point to keep it online.

Cloud, or a box on site

Most sites use Alta Labs cloud management. Alta Control is their local controller, with the same interface, for an owner who does not want the network managed from the cloud.

FAQ

Alta Labs Questions

Do you install Alta Labs in Nashville?
Yes. ICTAlly installs Alta Labs networks for small businesses and restaurants across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We deploy the AP6 and AP6W access points (AP6W is the wall-mount model), the S8-PoE, S16-PoE, S24-PoE, and S48-APOE switches, and the Route10 router, cabled and configured.
How is Alta Labs different from UniFi?
Both are license-free stacks for a small commercial network: Wi-Fi, switching, and a controller. We install both. Alta Labs is the one we reach for when it fits the closet and the budget. UniFi is the one we reach for when the site also wants UniFi Access doors or UniFi Protect cameras on the same console. We say which one we would put in, and why.
Does Alta Labs charge a monthly license?
No. Alta Labs includes cloud management with the hardware and does not charge a per-device license. If you want us to watch the network, that is our managed plan, starting at $125 a month. That fee is for monitoring and support, not an Alta Labs license.
Can Alta Labs run a restaurant network?
Yes, for the Wi-Fi and the switching. Guest phones go on a guest network. Staff and point-of-sale traffic stay on their own. Stationary Toast terminals should still be hardwired. See our Toast POS network page for how we separate the register from guest Wi-Fi, and the $125 a month plan if you want that network watched after install. Restaurants on that plan include Candy Cloud, Single Malt, and Ellison Soda.
