Can you standardize access control across all our buildings?
Yes — that is exactly what we specialize in. We deploy the same access control platform (PDK cloud-based) across every building in your portfolio. Tenants get mobile credentials that work at any property. Property managers get a single dashboard to manage access across every door, in every building, from anywhere. Adding or revoking credentials takes seconds, not hours.
What access control systems do you recommend for property management?
For multi-building portfolios, we recommend PDK for its cloud-based management and mobile credential support. PDK requires no on-site servers, works with standard PoE network infrastructure, and gives property managers real-time visibility across all properties from a single app. PDK scales to portfolios of any size with centralized multi-building management.
Do you install surveillance for parking garages and common areas?
Yes. We install commercial-grade IP cameras in parking garages, lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, pools, and other common areas. Camera systems include license plate recognition for garages, motion detection, and remote viewing. All footage is recorded 24/7 with configurable retention periods. Property managers can view any camera across any building from their phone.
Can tenants use their phones for building access?
PDK supports mobile credentials via smartphone apps. Tenants tap their phone to unlock lobby doors, elevator access, amenity spaces, and their unit. Property managers can issue and revoke credentials remotely — no physical cards to manage, replace, or track. Mobile credentials can also be time-limited for contractors and visitors.
How do you handle multi-building rollouts?
We assign a dedicated project manager to coordinate multi-building deployments. We start with a pilot building, standardize the configuration, then roll out across the portfolio on a scheduled timeline. Every building gets the same equipment, same network design, and same door hardware — so your maintenance team only needs to learn one system. We handle all coordination, vendor management, and commissioning.
Can you cable a tenant suite during buildout?
Yes. When a new tenant is building out their space, we run all the low-voltage cabling — Cat6 network drops, camera pre-wire, access control wiring, and conference room AV. We coordinate with the GC so our rough-in happens on schedule and doesn't hold up drywall. Your tenant gets a move-in-ready network instead of scrambling for an IT guy after they've already signed the lease.
What about amenity spaces like pools, gyms, and clubhouses?
We install cameras in common amenity areas with after-hours recording, mobile credential access so only residents can enter, and Wi-Fi for fitness equipment and guest connectivity. For pool areas we use outdoor-rated cameras and weatherproof APs. Everything ties back to the same dashboard your team already uses for the rest of the property.
