ICTAlly

Middle Tennessee

BRENTWOOD HQ.
NASHVILLE METRO REACH.

ICTAlly is headquartered in Brentwood, TN and serves 17 cities across Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky with security cameras, structured cabling, access control, and managed network services. We work with restaurants, retailers, offices, and industrial facilities. Our central Brentwood location means we're within 30 minutes of most Middle Tennessee job sites, and a field technician based in Franklin, KY covers the Bowling Green corridor.

Our Coverage

Serving 17 Cities Across 8 Counties

Our shop is on Nolensville Road in Brentwood, which puts most of Middle Tennessee within a 30-45 minute drive: down I-65 to Spring Hill and Columbia, out I-24 to Smyrna and Murfreesboro, east on I-40 to Mt. Juliet and Lebanon, and north through Nashville to Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, and Gallatin. Clarksville is the long haul (about an hour), and we make the trip anyway.

We serve businesses in Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, Montgomery, and Maury counties with security camera installation, structured cabling, access control systems, managed Wi-Fi, VoIP phone systems, and network infrastructure. Whether your project is a single-location office or a multi-site retail rollout across the Nashville metro, our veteran-owned team delivers the same documented, insured, and standards-compliant work on every job. New buildings get New Construction Low Voltage Cabling Nashville run during rough-in, and campuses with long backbone or building-to-building spans get Fiber Optic Installation Nashville.

Every city on this list is a different job. Lebanon and La Vergne are mostly warehouse work; Franklin splits between Cool Springs office suites and Main Street's old brick; Madison is first-location buildouts on a first-location budget. Bowling Green, Kentucky is the newest addition: a straight run up I-65 into Warren County, covered by a field technician who lives on that corridor in Franklin, KY. Pick your city below for the specifics: what we actually work on there, and how far the drive is from our shop.

Businesses replacing legacy phone lines across the metro can compare VoIP & Business Phone Systems Nashville TN | ICTAlly, one more system we install and support alongside the cameras, cabling, and networks on every job.

Nashville, TN

Davidson County

Half the buildings we work in around Nashville were standing before anyone thought about data cable: Second Avenue storefronts, Germantown warehouses, Music Row houses converted into offices. That's fine; we've pulled Cat6 through worse. ICTAlly covers downtown, Midtown, East Nashville, and the Charlotte corridor (the 37201, 37203, 37206, 37212, and 37215 zip codes) from our shop twenty minutes south in Brentwood, close enough that a Nashville service call gets a truck the same day, not a scheduling window next week.

Franklin, TN

Williamson County

Franklin hands us two completely different jobs in the same market. Cool Springs and Carothers Parkway want Cat6A to every desk, badge readers on every suite, and Wi-Fi that survives a full office. Main Street wants the opposite: modern network performance with zero visible cable in a building that predates electricity. We do both across the 37064 and 37067 zip codes, and we're close: our Brentwood shop is fifteen minutes up I-65 from the Cool Springs interchange. As a full-service <a href="/services/low-voltage-contractor">low voltage contractor</a>, we handle cameras, cabling, access control, Wi-Fi, and phones on one contract.

Brentwood, TN

Williamson County

Our shop is at 6688 Nolensville Road, so Brentwood isn't a service area for us, it's the commute. Maryland Farms, Tower Center, Brentwood Place, the medical offices strung along Old Hickory Boulevard: everything in the 37027 zip code is a few minutes from our door. That's not a sales pitch, it's geography. When a Maryland Farms tenant loses a switch or a Franklin Road office needs a camera moved before an inspection, we don't dispatch from across the metro. We drive over.

Murfreesboro, TN

Rutherford County

Between MTSU, the hospital corridor on Medical Center Parkway, and the retail stacked along Old Fort Parkway, Murfreesboro has more kinds of commercial building than anywhere we serve except Nashville itself, and they don't get the same install. Medical offices in 37128 and 37130 need segmented networks that keep patient data walled off; restaurants need POS drops that survive a Friday rush; strip retail needs cameras that actually cover the parking lot. We build each one to what it is, about 35 minutes down I-24 from our Brentwood shop.

Clarksville, TN

Montgomery County

Clarksville is the longest drive on our map (about an hour up I-24 from Brentwood), and we make it anyway, because a veteran-owned shop belongs in a military town. The businesses that keep a post town running are the ones we wire: the retail and restaurants along Fort Campbell Boulevard, the shops around Governors Square, the industrial operations at Exit 4, the storefronts near Austin Peay. Across the 37040 and 37042 zip codes, we install security cameras, structured cabling, access control, and managed networks the same way we did things in the service: documented, tested, done right the first time.

Lebanon, TN

Wilson County

The I-40 industrial parks off Hartmann Drive are where a lot of Middle Tennessee keeps its inventory, and warehouse cabling is its own trade: long horizontal runs that push distance limits, overhead trays instead of ceiling tiles, fiber between buildings, cameras that can see a dock door at night. That's the bulk of our Lebanon work in 37087. The rest is the other Lebanon: the outlet mall traffic on South Hartmann and a downtown square that's quietly filled back up with offices and storefronts worth wiring properly.

Hendersonville, TN

Sumner County

Yes, ICTAlly provides managed IT services to Hendersonville and Sumner County businesses: managed IT and managed networks, a reachable help desk, Microsoft 365 administration, and 24/7 network monitoring, run remote-first from our Brentwood shop with same-day on-site when it's needed. The complaint we hear most from Hendersonville business owners isn't about technology, it's about vendors who won't drive across the lake. We will. Our Brentwood shop is about 30 minutes out via I-65, and the 37075 zip code has plenty worth the trip: the Indian Lake retail and restaurant district, the medical practices along Main Street and New Shackle Island Road, and the lakefront and marina operations that don't fit anyone's standard install template. We wire all of it, and for managed clients we watch it around the clock so most fixes never need the drive at all.

Gallatin, TN

Sumner County

Ask what Gallatin actually runs on and the answer is the industrial parks along Nashville Pike and Airport Road. Wiring a plant floor is a different job than wiring an office: dust, heat, vibration, and forklifts all want to kill your network, so the cabling, enclosures, and camera mounts have to be specified for it. That's the work we like, and it's most of what we do in 37066, alongside the storefronts on the downtown square and the offices and clinics near Vol State.

Mt. Juliet, TN

Wilson County

Fifteen years ago Mt. Juliet barely had a commercial market; now the buildouts around Providence Marketplace and the I-40 interchange never seem to stop. That construction pace is exactly why the timing of your low voltage call matters: cable pulled during framing costs a fraction of the same cable fished through finished walls, and it tests better too. We handle rough-in through trim-out for new 37122 spaces (and retrofits for the ones that missed the window), about 30 minutes from our Brentwood shop via I-40.

View services

Spring Hill, TN

Maury County

ICTAlly is a veteran-owned low voltage contractor serving Spring Hill businesses, running security cameras, structured cabling, access control, managed Wi-Fi, and VoIP out of our Brentwood shop about 20 minutes away. Spring Hill has a real claim to being one of Tennessee's fastest-growing cities, and the GM plant on Saturn Parkway is why the growth has an industrial spine instead of just rooftops. The suppliers and logistics operations orbiting the plant need ruggedized cabling and cameras that hold up on a production floor; the new retail and medical offices filling in along US-31 need clean buildouts before opening day. Our installers cover both sides of 37174, twenty minutes down the road from our Brentwood shop.

View services

Columbia, TN

Maury County

Columbia is the southern edge of our map, and the square earns the drive: the blocks around the Maury County Courthouse have refilled with restaurants, shops, and offices operating out of some genuinely old brick. Wiring those buildings without wrecking them is careful work: surface raceways, existing conduit paths, no shortcuts. Then there's the other Columbia: the industrial buildings off Bear Creek Pike and Saturn Parkway feeding the GM supply chain, which is the opposite job at ten times the square footage. We're set up for both.

Smyrna, TN

Rutherford County

We already keep a network running in Smyrna. Candy Cloud, a boba and coffee shop here, came to us with bad cable terminations and no failover; we re-terminated everything to 568B, built a dual-WAN setup with Cradlepoint 4G backup, and put in proper Wi-Fi. Zero internet outages since we took over. The rest of Smyrna's 37167 zip splits between the Nissan plant's orbit of suppliers and warehouses and the retail strip along Sam Ridley Parkway. We work both, about 25 minutes down I-24 from our Brentwood shop.

View services

La Vergne, TN

Rutherford County

La Vergne is fifteen minutes from our shop, and that matters more here than almost anywhere we go: when a distribution center off Murfreesboro Road loses a switch while trucks are staging at the dock, nobody wants a contractor quoting a two-day response window. Warehouse work is most of what we do in 37086: fiber between buildings, cable trays overhead, industrial-rated drops, cameras on the dock doors and the fence line. The retail and auto-service businesses along Old Nashville Highway get the same fifteen-minute radius.

View services

Nolensville, TN

Williamson County

The drive to a Nolensville job is shorter than most of our supply runs: our shop sits on Nolensville Road itself, a few minutes north of town. So we see the 37135 area every day: the restaurants filling in along the corridor, the shops at Bent Creek Village, the new houses framing up on Sunset Road that are exactly one phone call away from being pre-wired properly instead of retrofitted expensively. For builders and business owners here, we're not the contractor across the metro, we're the one already on your road.

View services

Goodlettsville, TN

Davidson County

Goodlettsville sits on the Davidson-Sumner county line, which confuses everybody's service maps except ours: we cover both sides of it. The Rivergate retail and restaurants generate most of the calls; the warehouses and distribution centers off the I-65 interchanges generate the big jobs. Either way it's the same run for us: about 30 minutes straight up I-65 from Brentwood to anywhere in the 37072 zip code, from Long Hollow Pike out to Station Camp Creek.

View services

Madison, TN

Davidson County

A lot of Madison businesses are somebody's first. The rent along Gallatin Pike still lets a new restaurant, salon, or auto shop open its doors without a Cool Springs budget, and a first location needs infrastructure that won't eat that budget or fail in year two. That's the buildout we do all over the 37115 zip code: cabling, cameras, Wi-Fi, and POS drops, pulled once, tested to standard, and working on opening day. We're about 20 minutes down I-65 in Brentwood, so the northside doesn't wait long for a truck.

View services

Bowling Green, KY

Warren County

Bowling Green sits a little over an hour up I-65 from our Brentwood headquarters, and a lot closer than that to one of our field technicians, who lives in Franklin, Kentucky, just down the interstate in Simpson County. That corridor is our Kentucky service area: warehouses and supplier plants along the interstate, restaurants and retail from Fountain Square to the Scottsville Road corridor, and offices across the 42101, 42103, and 42104 zip codes. Low voltage is a trade that's easy to start and hard to do right, so the bar we hold ourselves to here is the same one we hold in Tennessee: qualification-tested terminations, documented installs, full insurance, and a real local presence instead of a lead-gen phone number.
