UniFi Network
Gateways, Switches, and Wi-Fi That Hold Up
A UniFi network starts with an RF site survey. We walk the building, read the wall construction, and find where the dead zones actually are instead of guessing off a floor plan. That survey sets the access-point count and placement so coverage holds when the room fills with people and phones.
From there we spec the gear: a UniFi Cloud Gateway, a UDM or UXG, to route and firewall the site, managed UniFi switches to power every drop over PoE, and Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 access points sized to your device density. We split the network into VLANs so staff, guests, cameras, and POS each run on their own lane, and a guest phone never lands on the same segment as your point-of-sale. Guest portals, firewall rules, and per-VLAN policy get set in the console before we hand it over.

UniFi Protect
Video on the Same Console
When a site wants cameras on the same screen as its network and doors, UniFi Protect fits. Protect cameras record to a UNVR or a Protect-capable gateway on-site, with smart detections that flag people and vehicles instead of every branch that moves in the wind. For a shop, an office, or a bar, that keeps the whole stack in one console and one login.
It is not the right answer for every building. If you need license-plate capture, long retention, heavier analytics, or NDAA-compliant hardware because you work with federal contractors, we point you to a dedicated platform instead. UniFi Access
One Hub, No Panel to Babysit
UniFi Access runs on the UA Hub, a self-contained door controller, so there's no third-party panel or on-site server to maintain. We mount the hub, wire UA readers at each opening, and install the strike or maglock, request-to-exit, and door-position hardware that makes the opening code-compliant. Staff get in with a card, fob, PIN, or their phone, and you add or revoke a credential from the console in seconds. Mobile credentials are unlimited and free, so a growing headcount never grows your bill.
Access is the right call for small and mid-size sites that want door control living next to their Wi-Fi. For large or high-compliance deployments, dozens of doors, elevator control, strict audit requirements, we steer you to an open-Mercury platform like Genetec or LenelS2 instead. We install both and match the platform to the building rather than forcing one product on every job.

Managed UniFi
We Watch It So You Don't Have To
UniFi has no license fee, so plenty of businesses run it themselves, and that's fine. If you'd rather not, our managed plan layers remote monitoring, firmware updates, and support on top for $125/month after a $500 install. We see a switch drop or an access point go offline before you call, push updates on a schedule instead of a scramble, and stay one phone call away when something needs a hands-on fix.
It's the same plan behind our small-business network service, built for teams that don't carry full-time IT. On a managed plan we hold remote access to your console, so most issues get sorted without a truck roll. Need more than the network handled? Our managed IT services add workstations, Microsoft 365 and email, and a help desk on top of the UniFi gear we install.

When the Single Malt cigar bar in Nashville needed its low-voltage buildout finished before grand opening, we deployed a Ubiquiti door controller to secure the members-only VIP room, backed by our 24/7 support so ownership can add a new VIP member with a single phone call.
The same project included a predictive Wi-Fi survey and three enterprise access points for full-facility coverage, tied into the network. Site Assessment & Wi-Fi Survey
We walk the facility, map coverage dead zones and wall construction, count devices and controlled doors, and review your internet handoff to size the UniFi gear correctly.
Network & Access Design
We select gateways, switches, Wi-Fi 6/7 APs, and UniFi Access hardware, then plan VLANs, guest portals, door hardware, and every Cat6 home-run.
Cabling & Hardware Install
We pull and terminate Cat6 to each AP and switch, cable every door back to its hub, dress the rack, and mount gateways, switches, UA Hub, readers, strikes, and REX devices.
Console Setup & Handoff
We configure VLANs, firewall rules, guest portals, and Wi-Fi tuning, enroll access credentials, set up remote alerts, and train your team on the dashboard.
